Warsaw, the old city in the late evening

by Roman Grinev

Warsaw Old Town is the oldest historical district of Warsaw. It is limited to Wybrzeże Gdańskie along the Vistula River and with the streets Grodzka, Mostowa and Podwale. The Old Town is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Warsaw.

The center of the Old Town is the Market Square with restaurants, cafes and shops. The surrounding streets are rich in medieval architecture, such as city walls, Warsaw Barbican or the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist.
